John Lobb, a member of the Hermès group since 1976, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at its Northampton Factory Shop, which specializes in discontinued models and rejected pairs from the prestigious luxury footwear manufacturer. This temporary role offers the opportunity to uphold John Lobb's exacting standards of craftsmanship and service while managing daily store operations, supervising factory shop staff, and driving sales performance. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store life including sales operations, inventory management, financial reconciliation, customer relations, and staff training, reporting directly to the EME Regional Sales Director.
