User experience: how people experience using a product or service, including its usefulness and ease of use.
User experience concerns what people encounter when they use a product or service, including whether they can accomplish their purpose easily. Designing that experience requires attention to how information, functions and interactions work together. It can draw on engineering, content, marketing and visual design, because a problem in any of these areas can affect the overall experience. Interface design is one contributing discipline, while UX considers the broader experience of use. An attractive screen alone therefore gives an incomplete picture of whether a service is understandable, useful and easy to navigate.
