A rota is a schedule that assigns people to particular duties or shifts.
The opening of a boutique, a late shift and a weekend stocktake are separate duties that can appear on a rota. The schedule identifies who is responsible on a given day, while the contracted hours set out how much time the person is employed to work. A vacancy that asks someone to manage the rota gives them a different responsibility from one that asks them to work shifts shown on it.

Chanel included rota management alongside stock monitoring in an account manager vacancy in Cheshunt. The phrase describes responsibility for organising the people covering the account. It is more specific than a request for availability during evenings or weekends. Search local jobs for “rota”.
