Zegna is seeking a Style Advisor for its Selfridges store in London. The role combines customer engagement and relationship building with responsibility for sales targets, store presentation, visual merchandising, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting. Permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share knowledge of Zegna’s brand, products and craftsmanship with customers, building ongoing relationships and making them feel part of the Zegna world.
- Work with colleagues to achieve store sales targets, execute plans set by the store manager and suggest alternative strategies.
- Maintain an organized store environment that meets customer expectations.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting.
