Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a YSL Beauty brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
• Consistently deliver the YSL Beauty service model and a premium, personalised experience for every customer.
• Demonstrate products, share the brand’s history, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet customer needs.
• Achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in-store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
• Design and deliver engaging events and animations that generate customer interest and excitement for YSL Beauty.
• Represent YSL Beauty and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, keeping the counter clean, organised and inviting.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and the ability to share expertise and provide personalised product advice.
• Ability to build authentic relationships, put customers at ease, understand their individual style and help them develop a beauty routine that expresses who they are.
• Active on social media and knowledgeable about current beauty and wellness trends, with the ability to connect with people online and in person and build a beauty community.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by challenges, with enthusiasm for creating innovative in-store experiences and achieving results.
• Belief in YSL Beauty’s mission and values, with enthusiasm for representing the brand.
