Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a full-time Assistant Merchandiser for its Watches Merchandise Team at the Carlton Park Support Centre in Leicester, working 35 hours per week. The role supports merchandise purchasing, intake and distribution planning, monitors performance and sales trends, and collaborates with internal and external partners to drive profitable growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, controlling and monitoring the purchase, intake and distribution of merchandise to maximise sales and profit in assigned departments, in line with company values.

Qualifications
- Considerable experience in retail merchandising, allocation or retail analysis.
- Evidence of supervising and coaching team members to deliver outstanding results.

- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong Excel skills.
