The Valentino Client Advisor represents the brand and manages the client experience from preparation through retention, with responsibility for sales, clienteling, product storytelling and operational support at the Bicester outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Valentino and embody its brand values throughout the client experience, from preparation through retention.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales objectives.
- Understand the relationship between each stage of the client experience and its associated KPIs; use styling to increase cross-selling and average ticket size.
- Develop and retain existing clients and recruit new and prospective clients through walk-in visits, private appointments, distance sales and partnership selling.
- Collect data from prospective clients, enrich the prospect database, and maintain and update client records.
- Master the know-how of Valentino creations and deliver engaging, appropriate product storytelling.
- Contribute to display maintenance.
- Complete tasks in compliance with operational guidelines, including after-sales assistance, product transfer requests, on-hold items and consignment items.
- Support operational and administrative tasks, including cycle counts, stocktakes, product receiving and transfers, and completing and archiving documentation; help maintain stockroom organization to standard.
- Manage store activities using company tools and systems, including Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App and After Sales App.
