Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain sales and operational policies and procedures to a high standard.
• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions and capture customer information; understand store communications and technology tools.
• Accurately process and document incoming and outgoing shipments and receipts.
• Support operational and back-of-house activities, maintaining the organization of back-of-house and offsite storage.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, communicating new receipts and inbound merchandise to the team.
• Assist with store maintenance and supply ordering.
• Meet deadlines for IMRDs, damages, transfers, charge sends and related tasks.
• Print tickets correctly in WebIM.
• Protect store assets by following loss-prevention policies and procedures.
• Lead by example and model the company’s core values.
• Manage conflict appropriately and take ownership of individual contributions to team dynamics.
• Demonstrate maturity and integrity.
• Partner with the leadership team on effective store communications, including cascading key information from corporate partners and executing company guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering transformational experiences.
• Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Lead by example in creating an environment that consistently delivers transformational customer experiences.
• Support sales associates through clear communication and follow-through on customer requests.
• Provide a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and product ownership.
• Accurately process POS transactions, including ringing sales, wrapping merchandise, processing returns, and applying discounts and promotions.
• Support operational activities as needed.
• Run products to the sales floor, ship products to customers, and conduct transfers and markdowns in line with Store Communications directives.
• Understand and train others on radio communications and store technology tools, using appropriate etiquette.
• Partner with the leadership team to address customer-service issues, including product damage, repairs, exchanges and concierge-style needs.
• Assist with fitting-room activities, including finding sizes and returning merchandise to the sales floor.
• Answer the telephone using appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
• Reflect the brand aesthetic and demonstrate a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic attitude.
• Help maintain brand and operating standards to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including replenishment and folding; take initiative during quieter periods and act with urgency during peak business periods.
• Use in-store technology to support a transformational customer experience.
