Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales and profit
- Support management team in overseeing personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes and store results
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to store staff
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team whilst delivering exemplary customer experiences
- Foster positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
- Deliver business strategy alignment and ensure team receives consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
- Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing operations
- Build and develop repeat customer relationships through providing spirited, unparalleled service
- Execute visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room; ensure consistency across all areas
- Collaborate with management team to develop talent pipeline and identify successor candidates
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Proven people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and disagreements
- Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with ease
- Team player who recognizes and celebrates contributions of others
- Confidence in providing constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
