Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve optimal customer service, sales, and profitability
- Support the management team in overseeing personnel, product, merchandising functions, and business processes
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Proven people management experience with demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with ease
