Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and deliver highest levels of customer service, sales and profit
- Support management team across personnel, product, merchandising, business processes and store results

- Execute visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room; continually review for consistency
- Work with management team to build talent pool for key positions and identify potential successors
Qualifications
- Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brand environment
- Demonstrated people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
- Proven ability to give feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
