Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to achieve business targets including sales budgets, conversion rates, units per transaction, expense control, and profitability
- Develop and execute action plans to improve store performance based on analysis of store-level reports and market opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of progressive retail experience
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience in service or retail industry
- Proven track record delivering high-level customer service in a brand retail environment
- Strong retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales, and people management experience
- Effective communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Confident in delivering constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
- Strong people management and conflict resolution capabilities
