The Seasonal Sales Associate represents Tommy Hilfiger on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service, product expertise and outfit recommendations while supporting store KPIs and maintaining shop and stockroom standards. This is a part-time seasonal role in Portsmouth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Create outfits for customers and make further product recommendations.
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve them.
- Address shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization issues appropriately.

- Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
