The Seasonal Sales Associate represents Tommy Hilfiger on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service, product guidance and outfit recommendations while supporting store KPIs and maintaining shop and stockroom standards. This is a seasonal, part-time position at the Liverpool Street store in London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Represent the brand and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Help customers build outfits and make further product recommendations.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information about product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve them.
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
