The Seasonal Sales Associate represents Tommy Hilfiger on the shop floor, delivering customer service, product expertise and outfit recommendations while building professional customer relationships. The role also supports store KPIs and maintains shop and stockroom standards; it is part-time and seasonal.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Create outfits for customers and make further product recommendations.
