Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient daily shop floor operations, driving exceptional customer service, sales achievement, and profitability

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury retail environment

- Ability to maintain a visible, energetic presence on the shop floor and inspire trust in colleagues

Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand environment. Proven people management experience with success in leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management, business administration, or related qualification preferred.
