Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales and profit while minimizing losses and delivering superior customer experiences

- Ensure exemplary mystery shop results and optimal customer journey delivery
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury retail brand
- Demonstrated people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and disagreements constructively
- Strong communication skills with ability to foster team belonging and inclusivity
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and recognize team contributions and achievements
