PVH is recruiting a Part Time Brand Specialist at John Lewis Solihull for Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and execute link selling strategies to drive sales performance and basket value
- Build customer outfits and provide tailored product recommendations aligned with store KPIs
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele and repeat business
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador whilst remaining abreast of current fashion trends and market dynamics
- Maintain shop floor presentation, organization and visual merchandising standards to ensure a distinctive retail environment
- Adapt flexibly to changing business conditions and operational demands, particularly during peak trading periods
- Support the store team in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience in alignment with PVH brand values
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail environments
- Proven ability to connect with and communicate effectively to diverse consumer groups
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work harmoniously within a team
- Demonstrated capacity to inspire trust and recognize the contributions of colleagues
- Ability to leverage digital platforms and PVH systems to drive sales
Skills
Experience
Previous track record in hospitality or retail is required; experience within luxury retail or fashion retail is preferred.
