Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service across multiple fragrance brands
- Consult with customers to understand their preferences and needs, recommending appropriate fragrances and products
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and fragrance consultations to educate customers
- Execute retail point-of-sale transactions using dedicated retail software systems
