The Counter Lead drives sales performance and market share for Tom Ford at the point of sale, balancing commercial excellence with service distinction. Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales turnover and market share through consumer-focused retail strategies and high-calibre selling
  • Reflect a credible and professional brand image to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Maximise sales by providing exceptional service aligned with retail standards and store procedures
  • Monitor and understand daily and weekly sales targets, adjusting tactics to meet commercial objectives

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and communicating brand values to create a culture of surprise and delight
  • Manage refunds and complaints in accordance with company guidelines, consulting with the Area Manager as required
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure industry-leading customer experience and product-market fit
  • Plan and maintain retail standards across product presentation, housekeeping, displays, messaging, and pricing on a daily basis
  • Process deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within agreed company timeframes
  • Execute auditable processes and administration to company guidelines, implementing corrective actions for identified risks
  • Ensure all information requests are fulfilled accurately within established deadlines
  • Minimise stock loss by rigorously implementing company security policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company and retailer health and safety policies
  • Manage daily replenishment with appropriate commercial decision-making informed by performance reports
  • Identify stock package issues and take corrective action; escalate matters outside direct control to the Area Manager
  • Execute promotions and discounts in strict accordance with company guidelines
  • Identify market trends and recommend product performance enhancements to senior leadership
