HR Business Partner – Retail & Commercial at LVMH Watches & Jewellery UK, London. Full-time permanent role from £60,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams equipped to deliver outstanding client experiences
- Provide proactive, commercially focused HR guidance supporting performance, development, and organisational effectiveness
- Collaborate with UK and brand headquarters to deliver HR programmes addressing engagement, retention, and development
- Coach managers to apply effective HR practices and ensure consistent approach across the business
- Manage complex employee relations cases with thorough knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
- Support organisational design, restructures, and consultation processes aligned with business strategy and legal requirements
- Manage talent acquisition for the business area in line with group practices and coach managers in best practice
- Assess training and development needs with line managers, promoting internal career development programmes
- Support onboarding programmes, business succession planning, and cross-division career development
- Analyse workforce data and utilise digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance
- Maintain HR data and deliver reports to deadlines as required
- Support departmental projects including policy maintenance and HRIS development
- Participate in annual compensation review and ensure data accuracy for payroll
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, multi-site retail or commerce environment
- Comprehensive working knowledge of UK employment law
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and supporting effective recruitment and development programmes
- Effective use of HR data, systems, and technologies
- Experience supporting organisational change is advantageous

Minimum 5 years of professional experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, multi-site retail or commerce environment.
Education
CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience in human resources.
