TAG Heuer Client Advisor role in Bicester Village. Luxury retail sales position offering circa £27,000 annually with comprehensive LVMH benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Play a central role on the sales floor to increase boutique sales and achieve objectives through performance-driven techniques, delivering memorable client experiences and services in-store
- Support colleagues and team members across the boutique whilst maintaining focus on individual sales KPIs
- Leverage an omnichannel mindset to ensure optimal client experience across all touchpoints
- Propose innovative ideas to develop sales initiatives including merchandising concepts, events, and product mix optimization
- Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA as a passionate Brand Ambassador both in-store and at external events
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives including client outreaches, appointments, and sales conversions by leveraging all available tools
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and analysis to deliver personally relevant communications and capitalize on business growth opportunities
- Communicate brand heritage, DNA, technical specifications, and product advantages in an inspiring manner to build trust and long-lasting relationships
- Contribute to daily operational processes including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, and store opening/closing procedures under boutique management supervision
- Utilize front and back-office tools (CEGID, Salesforce) competently and execute visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate after-sales operations and oversee watch servicing returns
- Apply rigorous standards regarding personal grooming, professional attitudes, and visual merchandising guidelines including window displays and product presentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment whilst maintaining store maintenance standards
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, emerging technologies, and sports
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous
- Proven selling skills encompassing client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, and sales closing techniques
- Solid understanding of sales KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, volume and value sales, average selling price, and sales mix
- Knowledge of client development and clienteling KPIs
- Proficiency with digital tools and retail systems
- Familiarity with luxury brand DNA, brand heritage, and collections
- Competence with front and back-office retail tools and procedures
- Client-centric mindset with focus on recruiting new clients and nurturing long-term relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an open-minded, collaborative approach
- Self-motivated, energetic, action and results-oriented disposition
- Ability to work effectively and independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments
