Swatch Group is seeking a Logistics Distribution Operative for its Southampton Customer Service centre, supporting watch servicing through goods registration, dispatch preparation, customs documentation, stock monitoring and administrative tasks. The role requires accurate SAP data entry, careful handling of watches and effective coordination across departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and register watches, enter data accurately into SAP, and verify watch details against records.
- Prepare watches, prepaid packs, parts and accessories for dispatch to customers across the UK, Ireland, Europe and Switzerland, meeting brand requirements and completing accuracy checks.
- Process incoming watches from the UK, Ireland, Europe and Switzerland in accordance with customs regulations, ensuring required documentation is accurately completed for clearance.
- Monitor daily consumables, including packaging materials and labels, and replenish supplies from main stock.
- Accurately enter and update watch details, customer information and dispatch records in SAP within required timeframes.
- Distribute incoming items and post to the appropriate departments and individuals in a timely manner.
- Communicate with supervisors and department managers, promptly report issues or concerns, and provide updates on progress and workload.
- Store items correctly and maintain neat, organised work areas in line with efficient workflow and health and safety requirements.
- Provide general administrative, data-entry and documentation support to the Logistics team to support daily operations and meet departmental targets.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle items carefully and responsibly to prevent product damage.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and familiarity with service systems such as SAP.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Five GCSEs, including Maths and English, or equivalent.
