Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned priority brand partners, ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and campaign plans
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans that reflect brand identity and commercial ambitions
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure launch activities, deliverables and decisions remain on track
  • Partner with Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and strengthen campaign effectiveness
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for First at SEPHORA launches, exclusive product drops and seasonal activations
  • Execute marketing plans for SEPHORA Collection product launches in collaboration with local and central teams
  • Manage campaign assets, approvals and timings to maintain brand guideline compliance across all partner brands
  • Own allocated brand budgets, prioritising investment to balance creative vision with commercial priorities
  • Present launch plans and campaign updates to senior leadership, internal stakeholders and brand partners
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, traffic, sales and promotional ROI to evaluate performance and inform future strategy
  • Develop post-launch reports with clear recommendations for future campaign optimisation
  • Coordinate external agency partners including events, production and media providers to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery within budget

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, account management or retail marketing
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with external brand partners and managing day-to-day relationships
  • Strong understanding of integrated and omnichannel marketing from planning through launch and performance review
  • Excellent project management capabilities with ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence addressing diverse audiences
  • Commercial and analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and digital marketing performance
  • Proven experience managing campaign budgets and prioritising investment
  • Meticulous attention to detail in asset management, brand guideline compliance, timings and approvals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with familiarity of digital and retail marketing platforms
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom

Experience
