RIMOWA Client Advisor part-time role at Selfridges, London. Luxury travel goods retailer seeks experienced retail professional for brand ambassador position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the RIMOWA brand image, values, and DNA with customers and store colleagues, demonstrating role-model behaviour consistent with brand guidelines and dress codes
- Welcome and educate all clients about the brand, building and maintaining meaningful relationships whilst gathering CRM details to develop a client book for personalised follow-up
- Identify client needs, provide expert product consultation, and recommend complementary offerings to drive sales and achieve targets whilst maintaining professional rapport
- Maintain store visual standards in accordance with brand merchandising guidelines, enhancing customer service standards to ensure world-class experiences at all times
- Process transactions with confidence and professionalism, whilst supporting special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns in compliance with company procedures
- Actively develop and maintain product knowledge through participation in store training, trend monitoring, and competitive analysis to support informed client advisory
- Support inventory control and management in accordance with management directions, maintaining housekeeping standards and personal grooming to exemplary levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional retail or luxury hospitality experience
- Fluent English language proficiency; additional languages highly advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for retail, sales, and lifestyle/travel culture
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics
- Excellent personal presentation and embodiment of premium brand standards
