RIMOWA is hiring a Client Advisor and Stockist for the opening of its first Selfridges Exchange store in Manchester. The role combines luxury client consultations, sales, CRM, minor repairs and after-sales service with stock management, goods handling, stocktakes and discrepancy resolution. This is a full-time temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through high-quality consultations.
- Meet individual CRM goals and provide product and repair consultations, sales assistance, and minor on-site repairs.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers on after-sales matters.
- Process repairs to a high standard, from intake and communication with the technical team through return to customers.
- Keep store stock organised, accessible, and up to date.
- Support the Store Manager and team with efficient store organisation.
- Arrange dispatch of goods to customers and/or the head office when required.
- Receive, check, label, and store warehouse goods.
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain the merchandise management system; liaise with the head office and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Fluent English to advise international customers.
- Additional language skills are desirable.
- Passion for selling luxury products and delivering an excellent client experience.
- Organised and structured, with a collaborative approach.

At least 3 years; luxury-sector experience is welcomed, and new entrants to the team are also considered.
