Richemont Part-Time Logistics Administrator in London, UK. 12-month fixed-term contract supporting e-commerce order fulfilment and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and ship e-commerce orders in accordance with Maison requirements, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
- Reconcile physical stock with SAP system data to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Liaise regularly with the e-commerce team via email and Teams, prioritizing communication and responding promptly to special requests
- Participate in bi-annual inventory counts and investigate stock variances, notifying relevant stakeholders
- Book DHL shipments online and manage pick-up & delivery services for repair shipment kits
- Monitor and update stock movements in SAP to maintain real-time inventory visibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and stock management
- SAP experience or demonstrable proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems
- Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
