Prada In Store CRM Manager role in London – consolidate customer data, drive CRM initiatives, and optimize sales performance in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of customer data inputted and maintained by store team; validate data integrity across CRM systems
- Review and analyze Sales Associate performance against all KPIs and MBOs, including CRM metrics, iPhone interaction results, and activity outcomes; provide Store Manager with individual performance overviews and strategic recommendations
- Launch and monitor new CRM systems and functions within the store environment
- Communicate and coordinate with local Retail team to support CRM implementation and optimization
- Manage system enhancements and functional improvements to CRM platform
- Generate, interpret, and assist store team with CRM reports and customer analytics
- Maintain and strategize customer lists to support localized marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Assist Store Manager in establishing in-store CRM action plans considering event calendars and commercial dynamics
- Conduct regular CRM training sessions with sales team to ensure competency and best-practice adoption
- Support Store Manager in VOCE Project implementation (customer satisfaction surveys) with emphasis on feedback collection and customer follow-up actions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM environments with demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Solid knowledge of luxury goods and the premium retail sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with analytical capability
- Strong commitment to client development and proven track record in relationship management
- Engaging personality with excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Training and coaching expertise
- Fluency in English

Experience
Proven experience in CRM-focused retail environments with a strong track record of client development and relationship management within the luxury sector.
Education
Equivalent professional experience in CRM, retail operations, or customer data management may substitute for formal qualifications; secondary education and additional professional certifications in CRM or retail management are advantageous.
