Role & Responsibilities
- Drive floor team to exceed financial and KPI targets, maximising sales performance and store-wide contribution
- Support management team in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plan proposals
- Maintain strong presence on sales floor, ensuring highest service standards and exceptional client experiences
- Foster omni-channel awareness and encourage team adoption of digital tools to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the floor, coordinating product training and collection launches
- Build and strengthen client relationships, driving client-centric initiatives and meaningful after-sales experiences
- Execute clienteling programmes to strengthen client loyalty and retention
- Proactively identify new client opportunities and develop strategies to grow departmental sales
- Manage client complaints professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and relationship preservation

- Train and inspire sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies

- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge updates and ensure team proficiency with sales tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing retail floor teams in luxury or premium brands
- Demonstrated ability to drive departmental performance and exceed financial targets
- Strong track record of delivering exceptional client service in high-end retail environments
- Experience implementing omni-channel retail strategies and digital sales tools
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales teams to their full potential
- Experience in managing operations including cash handling, inventory, and logistics procedures
