Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-to-one fragrance consultations to customers, identifying their preferences and recommending appropriate products
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Build and sustain customer relationships, driving brand loyalty and repeat business
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge across the Penhaligon's fragrance portfolio
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform product recommendations and sales strategies
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures in line with Puig retail guidelines
