NET-A-PORTER is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead global app marketing strategy, campaigns, acquisition, retention and performance measurement, managing the App Marketing team and collaborating across regions and functions. The role is based at the Westfield Shepherd’s Bush office in London and is hybrid; it is full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead global app marketing strategy across performance and brand campaigns, driving user acquisition and retention to meet revenue and efficiency targets.
  • Develop and oversee global KPI frameworks, measurement plans and incrementality studies, using data and insights to measure campaign uplift and inform future strategy.
  • Lead App Store Optimisation (ASO) and oversee organic app performance against installation and revenue goals.
  • Plan, manage and optimise global media activity across Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic channels, including day-to-day budget allocation and spend.
  • Drive continuous A/B testing, data analysis and reporting to improve campaign performance, identify opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Lead the App Marketing team and collaborate with key stakeholders, regional marketing teams and internal creative teams to deliver effective global execution and localisation.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging techniques, identify opportunities to innovate and evolve app marketing strategies, and ensure content and activity meet channel best practices.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of digital marketing experience in a large or corporate setting, with a proven record of developing and executing multi-platform strategies.
  • Strong app marketing experience and a deep understanding of performance channels, analytics and mobile measurement partner (MMP) platforms such as Adjust.
  • Data-driven problem-solving ability, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and a focus on achieving KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and effective communication skills, with professional fluency in spoken and written English.
  • A continuous-learning mindset and eagerness to grow, innovate and adapt alongside evolving industry trends.
  • A master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Digital Marketing is preferred but not required.
