NARS seeks a Retail Artist for its Selfridges Exchange Square counter in Manchester, working 15 hours over two days on a permanent contract at £12.50 per hour. The role delivers tailored makeup consultations and events, builds lasting customer connections, and meets or exceeds performance targets; makeup artistry or retail makeup experience is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one sessions and events, using artistry skills and product expertise to help customers select makeup and gain confidence in using NARS techniques to express their individual vision of beauty.
- Build strong customer connections through the brand’s history, high-performance formulas and customer engagement approach, fostering loyalty to NARS and the Retail Artist.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Use actions, communication and customer connections to positively influence how clients feel about themselves.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
