Role & Responsibilities
- Use makeup artistry skills and product expertise in one-to-one sessions and events to help customers select makeup and learn NARS techniques that express their individual vision of beauty.
- Build customer connections and brand loyalty by sharing NARS history and knowledge of its high-performance formulas.
- Meet and exceed performance targets.
- Deliver engaging, individual customer experiences through artistry, service, communication and personal connection.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
