NARS is seeking a Retail Artist at Bentalls Kingston for a permanent role of 37.5 hours per week, paying £13.56 per hour. The artist delivers one-to-one makeup sessions and events, creates distinctive customer experiences and builds brand loyalty while achieving performance targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, individual customer experiences that express NARS’s vision of beauty.
- Provide one-to-one makeup sessions and events, using artistry skills and product expertise to help customers use NARS techniques and express their personal vision of beauty.
- Build strong customer connections through the brand’s history, high-performance formulas and customer engagement approach, fostering loyalty to NARS and the artist.
- Meet and exceed performance targets through creative, service-led client interactions.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
