NARS is seeking an Assistant Business Manager at Harrods in London, working 37.5 hours per week at £18.72 per hour. The role leads customer engagement, supports team development through coaching, drives sales targets and assumes team leadership accountability in the manager’s absence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering the customer engagement approach, building customer connections through NARS brand history and high-performance formulas to foster brand and artist loyalty.
- Support management in developing the team through coaching and training.
- Drive the team to deliver sales targets.
- Support team leadership and take accountability when the manager is absent.
- Deliver personal goals while supporting and motivating the team.
- Use artistry, actions and communication to positively influence clients’ feelings about themselves.
Qualifications
- Must have held a leadership position in a retail business.
- Track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with and lead a team.
- Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
