Role & Responsibilities
- Activate, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across global markets to achieve performance targets
- Plan and execute always-on and promotional campaigns, including ad copy development and testing
- Drive account growth through keyword expansion, search query analysis, audience optimisation, and bid management
- Partner with Experimentation and wider Digital Performance teams to deliver testing initiatives and share best practices
- Manage and enhance product feeds, Google Merchant Center integrations, and feed-based advertising solutions
- Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimisation, and documentation of best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center, with feed management experience preferred
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and attribution
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
