The Sales Associate represents Montblanc in Selfridges, welcoming clients, sharing the Maison’s heritage and delivering an exemplary boutique experience. The role focuses on CRM, client development, KPIs and sales targets, while supporting daily boutique operations and additional projects. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the boutique and introduce them to Montblanc's heritage.
- Deliver an exemplary customer experience and level of performance as a brand ambassador.
- Drive CRM activity, nurture genuine customer relationships, cultivate a loyal client base and develop a successful client book.
- Work individually and as part of the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets in a competitive retail environment.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the boutique, a seamless customer journey, daily operations and additional projects.
- Represent Montblanc as a brand ambassador and reflect its attitude.
Qualifications

- An authentic approach to client relationships and strong communication skills.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy boutique environment.
- Previous experience serving clients from a range of backgrounds and cultures.
