Moncler is hiring a Seasonal Retail Runner at its London Selfridges boutique for a full-time seasonal position from November 2026 to January 2027. The role supports sales, client experience, visual merchandising, product replenishment and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team during the selling ceremony and help achieve strong sales performance and results.
- Ensure the sales team has the products and information needed to deliver an efficient, distinctive client experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising in line with company guidelines so products are presented for sale.
- Maintain product quality and cleanliness on the sales floor, at the till and in the back office, including storage, folding and organisation.
- Assist with packing and wrapping, store cleaning and offering complimentary refreshments.
- Support the back-of-house team in organising and maintaining stockroom areas and merchandise.
- Handle product replenishment and stock activities in sales and stock areas.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, conveying energy and motivation and acting as a reliable partner.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and client service.
- Ability to communicate in English; another language is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
