Moncler is seeking a seasonal, part-time Retail Runner for 16 hours per week until January 2027 at its London Sloane Street boutique. The role supports sales and stock teams with client experience, product replenishment, stockroom organisation, visual merchandising and store upkeep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team during the selling ceremony.
- Help the sales team achieve excellent sales performance and results.
- Ensure the sales team has the products and information needed to deliver a distinctive, efficient client experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising to company guidelines so products are presented for sale to a high standard.
- Maintain the quality and cleanliness of products on the sales floor, at the till and in the back office, including storage, folding and organisation.
- Assist with packing and wrapping, store cleanliness and offering complimentary refreshments.
- Support the back-of-house team in efficiently organising and maintaining stockroom areas and merchandise.
- Handle product replenishment and stock activities in the sales and stock areas.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, conveying energy and motivation while being a reliable partner.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and client service.
- Ability to communicate in English; another language is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
