  • Maintain effective working relationships with US web merchandising teams, web production, and buying departments
  • Ensure clear communication with Digital Commerce and wider ecommerce teams through proactive participation in team meetings
  • Validate all site updates and email activities prior to launch, confirming correct messaging and strategic alignment
  • Identify and collaborate on conversion-driving opportunities and share best practices across the team
  • Support daily and weekly reporting on site metrics and KPIs, identifying actionable insights to drive incremental conversion and sales
  • Produce ad-hoc and post-event analysis of site activities to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Approximately two years of experience in an ecommerce role, preferably within an international retail environment
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with demonstrated proficiency in performance and web metrics analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Product Information Management systems, and business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving orientation
