McQueen seeks a detail-focused Visual Designer for a solo role reporting to the Image Director in London. The designer will deliver and adapt creative assets across digital, print, in-store and campaign channels; manage agency outputs and cross-functional projects; and coordinate print production to maintain visual standards and quality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality graphic design across platforms and brand touchpoints, aligned with McQueen’s brand image.
- Retouch, crop and adapt creative assets for digital, print, in-store and campaign use.
- Oversee, brief and quality-check external agency outputs.
- Maintain creative consistency and attention to detail across all channels and touchpoints.
- Support the development of campaign visuals and assets with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
- Work with creative teams and external agencies as a brand guardian, upholding visual standards while embracing new creative directions.
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, balancing speed with quality.
- Coordinate with print shops, packaging vendors and manufacturers to review physical proofs, select paper stocks and finishes, ensure colour accuracy, and uphold high standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate McQueen’s desired behaviours: empowerment, teamwork, respect and kindness.
- Previous experience in a detail-focused design role in a fast-paced environment; luxury, fashion or creative agency experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; motion or 3D skills are a plus.
- Exceptional eye for detail, layout and typography.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely when projects require agency or cross-team input.
- Agility and adaptability, with the ability to pivot quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and visual storytelling skills.
