Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the local visual merchandising team, managing schedules, task organization, and activity planning across assigned stores
- Create window displays and merchandising installations aligned with brand guidelines, commercial objectives, and available inventory
- Execute visual merchandising activities including window rotations and re-merchandising according to headquarters timelines
- Supervise and monitor assigned stores both on-site and remotely to ensure brand image standards are consistently upheld
- Appraise, develop, and support the professional growth of team members, leveraging their strengths and potential
- Develop and deliver in-store training programs, coaching store teams on visual merchandising techniques and display execution standards
- Track sales performance data to assess the impact of visual merchandising activities and inform strategic recommendations
- Communicate structured feedback to headquarters regarding retail network needs and operational insights
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and results-focused team environment
Qualifications
- Solid experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment
- Demonstrable experience leading and coordinating teams, including organizing, planning, and managing staff appraisal and development
- Strong eye for detail and brand aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with coaching and training capability
- Ability to work to defined objectives and manage own timings independently
