Max Mara Fashion Group seeks part-time Sales Assistants for the new MAX&Co. store on Regent Street, London. Join the luxury fashion retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients according to Max Mara's brand values, service standards, and selling ceremony
- Actively support the achievement of personal and store sales goals through collaborative teamwork
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities
- Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times, with merchandise properly displayed and organized
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand heritage, and current fashion trends
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Act as an ambassador of Max Mara's customer-centric approach
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency; additional language skills preferred
- 1–3 years of retail experience; experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector preferred
- Passionate about fashion, sales, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- High standards in personal presentation and behaviour, aligned with brand image
