Marella seeks a Sales Assistant for its Harrods London concession. Full-time, 40 hours/week. Entry-level luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury retail standards and Marella brand positioning
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM activities and personalized service
- Provide styling advice and comprehensive product knowledge to customers
- Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards within the concession
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with the wider Harrods and Marella teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience in premium or high street brands

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented with a genuine passion for fashion and styling
- Must be currently based in London
