Max Mara seeks a part-time Client Advisor for weekend retail work at Harrods London. Luxury retail experience and conversational English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in accordance with Max Mara brand philosophy, service standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Pursue store-specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager to contribute to overall store performance goals
  • Manage clientele activities and build a personal customer base
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and maintained to brand standards
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge of product offerings and brand heritage
  • Deliver consistent, professional service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels

Qualifications
