Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, luxury-focused client service in accordance with Harrods and Marella standards
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Develop and nurture a personal client base through proactive clienteling and relationship management
- Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing daily operations and maintaining store security during management absences
- Lead by example in sales performance, service excellence, and professional conduct
- Support and motivate the team to achieve concession-wide sales targets
- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
- Support stock management, replenishment, inventory tracking, and delivery coordination
- Ensure compliance with Harrods operational procedures and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail environment
- Strong sales track record with a client-focused, consultative approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy character
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience working within a Harrods or luxury department store (desirable)
- Supervisory or senior sales experience (desirable)
- Proven clienteling capability (desirable)

Experience
Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within a department store environment. Background in senior sales or supervisory roles is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional retail qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential.
