Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in accordance with brand philosophy, service, and quality standards
- Achieve specific sales objectives assigned by the Store Manager and contribute to overall store targets both individually and as part of the team
- Develop and maintain strong clientele relationships and pursue clientele activities
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and maintained
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain and update professional and technical product knowledge
- Act as an ambassador of customer-centric logic within the retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to deliver consistent and professional service to all customers
- Motivation to achieve personal and team goals
