Mappin & Webb is seeking a Showroom Administrator in Birmingham to support showroom administration, assist the Showroom Manager, ensure efficient processing and compliance with administrative and security obligations, and provide sales-floor support when needed. The role requires administrative experience, hospitality or luxury retail experience, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to lasting client relationships and exceptional service; compensation is £24,785 per annum.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain showroom administration in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist the Showroom Manager and help ensure efficient showroom operations through accurate processing and compliance with administrative and security obligations.
- Support the sales floor when required.
- Develop and continually update product knowledge and jewellery expertise, and share enthusiasm for the products.
