Mappin & Webb is seeking a seasonal Client Experience Host for its Regent Street store in London during the busy Christmas trading period. The host welcomes customers, manages appointments and waiting times, serves refreshments, supports sales and customer collections, and helps maintain store standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers, creating a friendly first impression and making them feel welcome while they browse.
- Offer and serve refreshments.
- Establish customer needs and manage potential waiting times.
- Book customer appointments.
- Support the Sales Team to streamline sales processes, including wrapping and boxing purchases and processing sales.
- Assist with or complete customer collection orders, including click-and-collect purchases.
- Maintain excellent in-store standards and keep the store orderly and clean during the peak trading period.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in hospitality, promotions, retail or catering.
- Enthusiastic and positive, with strong people skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced customer-facing environment.
