Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized makeup consultation and application services to customers
- Execute creative makeup artistry techniques to enhance customer experience and drive product discovery
- Achieve sales targets through skilled consultative selling and counter activation
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to competitive advantage
